YES Kids (or Yellowstone County's Extra Special Kids) is a group that is all things Down syndrome, as well as other chromosomal disorders. Our goal is to be a resource for not only families in Yellowstone County, but all of Eastern Montana, and to eventually offer financial assistance to those families in need.
Having a child with special needs often opens a door into an uncertain world with lots of questions. There are answers to
most of those questions, if you know where to look. One of the things YES Kids does is facilitate getting those questions
answered. Through our work, as a registered nurse, physical therapist, and financial advisor, but most of all, vocal
advocates for our children, we have many resources to help you. We have access to a genetic counselor, social worker, all
kinds of therapists, naturopathic physician, teachers, and parents with special needs children of all ages and abilities. Feel
